Scooby Doo is a long running animated series which features a group of young kids and a wacky dog who solve mysteries. The show first aired in 1969 during Saturday Morning Television and ever since then has been a mainstain on television. In fact, in 2002 Scooby Doo became a Live Action film grossing over $130 million! How about that for a wacky bunch of kids?

Scooby Doo features five main characters which include: Scooby Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma. They are sometimes refered to as Mystery Inc., however, this is not a common association and typically only saved for the action figures. Each of the characters provide some sort of role in the shows. Scooby Doo and Shaggy are typically getting into trouble or accidentally solving the mystery. Whereas, the other three are typically solving the mystery.
